Millennium City 6 now 90% leased

The Group's Millennium City 6 in Kowloon East is now completed and 90% of the space is already leased. A number of companies are in the final stages of negotiation for the remaining space. Most of the committed tenants will relocate from core business districts, showing the keen demand for high-grade offices.

Premium offices
The project appeals to major multinationals with its specifications and service rivalling grade-A offices in prime business districts. The MTR Corp and DBS will each take three floors and German fashion retailer Hugo Boss has two floors for its Hong Kong head office. Other tenants will include big names like Farington American Express Travel and Sunflower Travel. Multinationals and major corporations are relocating from traditional business districts in Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui.

Advanced facilities, quality service
There are 24 office floors, three F&B floors with diverse dining choices and a two-level car park with over 120 bays. The total gross floor area exceeds 400,000 square feet. The building has the latest telecommunications with dual lead-in fibre optic broadband, dual telephone lead-in cable and satellite TV, plus a smartcard system and a back-up power supply for tenants' computers. There will also be premium hotel-style concierge service for tenants.

Epitome of green buildings
The building incorporates green concepts. Double-glazed windows keep out heat and allow maximum daylight to reduce power consumption, while keeping noise to a minimum for a comfortable workplace.

A rooftop garden insulates against heat and reduces energy consumption for air conditioning. The greenery offers a fresh environment in the busy commercial district and a nice place for tenants to relax.

Direct access
Millennium City is a major project by the Group in Kowloon East. It is in the heart of a transportation network. Millennium City 6 has direct access that allows motorists to bypass busy How Ming Street and Kwun Tong Road, and this latest phase is conveniently linked to the rest of Millennium City.
